Taiwan's textile industry in recent years through new product strategy alliance, actively develop high value-added textiles. However, it was not easy for the continuation of the long-term partnership between performance and increase cooperation. Therefore, this study investigates the interaction of alliance process in order to find out a mechanism for long-term strategic alliance cooperation in new products. This research found that in the new product strategic alliance main motivation for the acquisition of resources and expertise (including technical and marketing). Research institutes keep complete record for the whole new products development process. The research also found out that government seldom traces and does not provide assistance on the promotion after products development. Thus, three to five years following up evaluation of the products development from the government would benefit industries.
