台灣紡織產業新產品開發策略聯盟運作模式之研究

The Operating Model of New Product Developments in the Strategic Alliance-A Case Study Based on Taiwan Textiles Industry

摘要


台灣紡織業近年來爲了轉型爲高附加價值產業,透過產業界、政府、研究機構組成新產品策略聯盟,積極開發高附加價值紡織品。然而,爲延續得來不易的長期夥伴關係及增加合作績效,本研究探討聯盟過程的互動關係,並找出後聯盟時代持續合作的機制與模式。研究發現參與新產品開發策略聯盟主要動機爲資源的獲得及專業能力(含技術及行銷)之互補;研究機構主導新產品開發策略聯盟時,較有完整的合作程序及記錄。政府推動新產品策略聯盟計畫少有對開發後之產品協助推廣及成效追蹤,建議政府宜擬定產品上市3-5 年相關推廣及績效評估指標,方能落實政府政策及產業實質效益。

Taiwan's textile industry in recent years through new product strategy alliance, actively develop high value-added textiles. However, it was not easy for the continuation of the long-term partnership between performance and increase cooperation. Therefore, this study investigates the interaction of alliance process in order to find out a mechanism for long-term strategic alliance cooperation in new products. This research found that in the new product strategic alliance main motivation for the acquisition of resources and expertise (including technical and marketing). Research institutes keep complete record for the whole new products development process. The research also found out that government seldom traces and does not provide assistance on the promotion after products development. Thus, three to five years following up evaluation of the products development from the government would benefit industries.
