Coconut shell charcoal not only contains excellent porous structure but also belongs to recycled material. In this study, the coconut shell charcoal/PET master-batch was manufactured by the twin screw extruder. The concentration of coconut shell charcoal can achieve 16wt% of the master-batch. Besides, the master-batch is well mixed (filter pressure, ΔP<3bar/kg) and intrinsic viscosity can achieve0.476. The fabric of coconut shell charcoal/PET exhibit warmth keeping and deodorization. These properties can be applied to develop functional textile products of downstream industry.
