PMMA/TiO2奈米複合材料之製備及其物性探討

摘要


奈米複合材料是指補強材尺寸小於100nm的複合材料。本實驗將使用奈米TiO2爲補強材,置入MMA中,用不同的震盪時間及BPO含量製作TiO2/PMMA奈米複合材料,隨著聚合度的提高,強力也增加。光觸媒效能也隨著震盪時間越長,分散越好,而有顯著的效果。

Nanocomposite material is less than 100nm size of reinforcement. This study is based on nano-TiO2 powder as filler which put into the MMA and fully distributed evenly in supersonic distribution machines and different content of BPO to make TiO2/PMMA nanocomposite. The increased degree of polymerization followed the increase of strength. And TiO2 depend on the time of shake so long, fully distributed evenly to good, have a good effect.
