善用知識管理,增加紡織產業競爭力

How to Make Good Use of Knowledge Management for a Better Competitiveness in the Textile Industry

摘要


因應全球化時代來臨,各產業透過持續創新強化市場競爭力,知識管理正是使企業由優秀進入卓越的必備因素,透過員工、企業內、外部互動及交換工作心得,是資訊傳播最佳方式。知識創造來源除了來自公司內部員工的工作經驗及心得來獲取,亦可由外部供應商及顧客意見、彼此互動及學習中獲得。知識儲存及分享與利用,有效結合以產生更大效用,大學及相關法人機構均是扮演知識創造者及分配者角色。隨著生產成本提高,紡織業近年來已轉型為高附加價值產業,以研發創新或異業聯盟方式開發新產品,創造紡織業商機,也成為紡織業者策略,而人才及知識卻是達成策略及目標必備因素。企業內資料庫管理完善,組織內成員專業及工作經驗得以傳承,則有賴知識傳遞及資訊更新,透過知識轉換螺旋圖,由吸收知識、外顯知識及內顯知識交換與整合,進而擴散知識,將知識管理作有效之運作,並透過由組織內成員至高層不斷透過提案討論及對話,並將重要供應商及顧客意見納入,形成完整供應鏈,增加企業競爭力。

In response to the advent of the era of globalization, the industry must make good use of knowledge management to strengthen market competitiveness through continuous innovation. Knowledge management is prerequisite for an enterprise to make improvement from good to best. The best way to the dissemination of information can be achieved through the external interaction and the exchange of experience among staff in enterprises. Besides from their own staff experiences and insights in the company, the Source of knowledge creation may be also obtained from the comments of the external suppliers and customers in the mutual interaction and learning. We may make a combination of Knowledge storage and sharing to produce a more effective result. Consequently, universities and related legal institutions would play a significant role as knowledge creators and distributors. As production costs increase, the textile industry in recent years has been transformed into a high value-added industry; the textile industry has made an effort in doing research and innovation, or making cross-industry alliances to develop new products and create business opportunities, which have also become a strategy in the textile industry; furthermore, the talents and knowledge have become the essential factor to make strategies and achieve goals. Because of knowledge transfer and information update, the database management in enterprises can be improved and the expertise and work experience in the organization can be handed down to next generation. By the help of the knowledge conversion spiral diagram, the industry can absorb both implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge in the exchange and integration. Thus, the knowledge is proliferated so the knowledge management can be effectively functioning. Through the continued discussion, dialogue and proposal between staff and the management in the organization as well as in integration of the views from key suppliers and customers, the industry can therefore form up a complete supply chain in terms of knowledge management, which can increase the competitiveness of enterprises.
