PP/PT-PVA高分子摻合熔體可回復剪切應變之探討

A Study of the Recoverable Shear Strain on PP/PT-PVA Polymer Blend Melt

摘要


以PP/PT-PVA 所紡製的中空纖維可應用於織物的輕量化、染色的深色化及機能性纖維的高效能化,然而因為高分子摻合體的關係,往往容易造成纖維在後處理的過程中產生分裂,本研究中主要探討PP/PT-PVA高分子摻合熔體的離膜膨脹比與可回復剪切應變,並將所量測到之可回復剪切應變應用於雙C 紡絲孔纖維紡絲的紡孔設計上。

Hollow micro-porous fiber could improve the functional properties. When we made the hollow fiber, it's easy to break or adhesive badly on after treatment. In this research we would find the recoverable shear strain and die swell ratio of PP/PT-PVA blend melt. The recoverable shear strain was could use into design of spinneret.
