氟系複合膜板材之製備與介電特性之研究

A Study on the Fabrication Parameters and Dielectric Properties of PTFE Composites Filled with PTFE Fiber

摘要


聚四氟乙烯材料可提供更具電氣性質穩定,有助於應用在光電產業中,主要係利用該材料獨特的低介電性質,致使材料絕緣能力高,而在基板(膜)材上,更有氟系單層硬板、多層硬板以及軟板等開發應用,在紡織領域應用上,更可以製備高可饒性之軟板結合紡織服飾應用在未來之智慧服飾上。在製備氟系高頻膜材其研究方法中,主要探討其一製備PTFE板材燒結溫度對結構上介電特性之影響,其二為添加PTFE 短纖維於結構中,對其結構與材料之介電特性之影響。

The Polyterafluoroethylene (PTFE) material could be provided for a more stable of electrical properties and to applications of optoelectronics industry. The PTFE have more unique properties such as low-dielectric properties, which were useful to combine the optoelectronics and Textile technique to development of smart clothing in the future. In this paper, to prepare of porous structure of High Frequency PTFE film, the research methods, was focused on the effect of dielectric properties of PTFE film by sintering different temperature, and the effect of dielectric properties of PTFE film with different add amount of PTFE staple fiber in the structure.
