ABS/負離子粉體複合材料的製備與研究

Fabrication and Study of ABS/Negative Ion Powder Composites

摘要


以丙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚合體(Acrylonitrile-Butadene-Styrene, ABS)爲基材添加次微米礦石型負離子粉製成具釋放負離子功能之複合材。實驗中以雙螺桿捏合機以捏合的方式混煉加工,使礦石型負離子粉體均勻分散在ABS中製成母粒,再以射出成型機製作具有釋放負離子效果之功能性複合材料試樣。經由實驗結果顯示隨著風扇之風量、負離子粉末之含量、測試樣本片數之增加所釋放出每立方公分負離子之個數有逐漸增加之趨勢。

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadene-Styrene) copolymer as the matrix and blending with the submicron negative ion (NI) mineral powders were used in this article to fabricate the composite materials with release NI functions. The twin screw mixer was used to compound the ABS matrix and NI powders in this study evenly. Moreover, the powders will distribute uniformly in the master chip. Furthermore, the NI composites specimen were made by the injection molding. It has been shown that the NI release numbers per cubic centimeter increased by increasing the flow rate of the fan, NI powder content, and specimen quantities.
