載銀二氧化矽抗菌劑之PBT抗菌母粒製備與纖維效能研究

Fabrication and Study of Ag/SiO2/PBT Antibacterial Master-Batch and Fiber

摘要


本研究以載銀二氧化矽粉體爲抗菌材料,聚對苯二甲酸二丁酯(Polybutylene Terephthalate, PBT)爲高分子母粒基材,製程中添加適量的助劑(1wt%),利用雙螺桿押出機以及搭配加工溫度(235℃)的控制,成功開發高濃度(20wt%)且高度均勻性的抗菌母粒。濾過壓結果顯示,PBT抗菌母粒壓升值趨近於0bar/kg,掃描式電子顯微影像亦顯示抗菌母粒呈均勻狀。抗菌測試結果顯示,對於金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus, ATCC 6358)而言,纖維抗菌劑含量>0.7wt%,即可達到抗菌的效果。

In this study, Ag/SiO2/PBT master-batch was fabricated by the twin screw extruder. The concentration of Ag/SiO2 can achieve 20 wt% of the master-batch. The filter pressure test showed the master-batch was well mixed (filter pressure test, Δ P ~0 bar/kg) and the same result also showed in the SEM. The antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus, ATCC 6358) was examined and the result showed the loading concentration>0.7 wt% of Ag/SiO2 of the fiber has an excellent performance.
