複合式保溫織物於鞋面之應用研究

摘要


本研究主嬰要是將數種保溫織物應用於保溫鞋之鞋面進行研究分析,研究保溫織物的保溫性能與保溫機制,同時分析保溫織物的抗拉強度、撕裂強度、磨耗與接著等物理性質,並從織物中選擇保溫性能與各方面物性較為優異的數種保溫織物進行織物的複合方式探討,最終以複合後保溫性能與物性較佳的三層複合式織物做為保溫鞋之鞋面。本研究蒐集九種不同保溫織物進行保溫性能與物性兮析,對其保溫機制加以了解研究,同時進行保溫性能評估。經測試評估後挑選出三種保溫測試與物性測試皆符合需求的織物,並將其進行複合織物的組合排列與性能評估,經保溫性測試後發現將相變化材料織物做為鞋內裡,遠紅外線不織布做為中用夾層,中立纖維做為鞋面材料可得到最佳的保溫效果。

In this study, the application of a series of warm-keeping fabrics on the vamp of insulation shoes was studied. The warm-keeping performance, warm-keeping mechanism, tensile strength test, tearing test, taber abrasion test, and adhesion test were investigated. Three types of fabrics which possess superior warm-keeping performance and physical properties were chosen to proceed with composite combination analyses among the nine different fabrics. In the comparison with physical properties of composing fabrics, three layers of composite fabric were discovered to obtained better warm-keeping performance and high physical properties than those usual fabrics. The results indicated that the insulation shoes made of the phase change material as lining, the far infrared fiber as intermediate layer, and the hollow fiber as upper to obtain the optimum warm-keeping efficacy.
