碳化溫度對纖維之微結構及導電性質的分析研究

Effect of Carbonization Temperature on Microstructure and Electric Prosperities of Carbon Fabric

摘要


本文利用黏液嫘縈纖維作為碳纖維之驅體,藉由600°C至1000°C等碳化溫度探討碳纖維結積變化對於導電電性之影響,其觀察電阻在溫度條件下的下降趨勢。在碳纖維製作過程中,其結構隨著溫度上升而變化,芳香環在加熱過程中漸漸形成共軛鍵,其微小結晶也會因溫度的上升而成長,此外碳纖維的電阻值隨著溫度增加而下降。在實驗中觀察得知,因共軛雙鍵的形成以及結晶厚度(Lc)的成長,使電阻值得以下降;其體積電阻的變化在600°C到900°C下降趨勢最為明顯,而在1000°C的溫度條件下備置,碳纖維表現出最低的體積電阻值(1.279E+1Ω-cm)。

The study used viscose rayon fabrics as precursor of carbon fabrics. As carbon fabric were manufactured by temperature treatment(the treatment temperature of 600 700,700,900 and 1000℃).The resistance reducing was observed, a carbon fabric are manufactured higher treatment temperature. When the carbon fabrics processed through the higher treatment temperature, the aromatic ring would form conjugated structure and crystal size (LC) were increased, which resulted in reducing resistance. The carbon fabrics processed 1000℃ treatment temperature, which show the relatively low resistance (1.279E+1Ω-cm).
