以氬氣電漿方式製作非均質抗反射結構之PMMA/玻璃纖維布膜其性質探討

摘要


以氬氣電漿蝕刻之方式,製作非均質抗放反射結構於PMMA/玻璃纖維布膜上。期望在不變動基布規格之情況下,以樹脂表面結構性之改變,促使布膜本身之透光率上升。而布膜之透光性,無論在燈箱用布膜、戶外廣告布膜、建築用布膜等產品中,皆屬非常重要也具有特色之性質。本研究改變電漿功率(270、240、210W)、處理時間(6、12、18、24、30 sec)探討其透光率與反射率之改變,並且控制電漿極板與樣本之距離(19,5.5cm)來進行更多元的分析與比對。而電漿處理距離之改變,適必會影響其蝕刻強度與均勻性,故其訴求除了能更進一步的使非均質抗反射結構之效益上升外,也期望利用此方式,變向節省成本支出。並在最後進行接觸角之測試,觀察非均質抗反射結構之表面奈米化,是否能一並產生連花疏水效應;以及測試其拉伸斷裂強力,觀察電漿處理後之變化。

Use the argon plasma etching phenomenon, produced non-homogeneous anti-reflective structure on the PMMA/glass fiber film Expect not changing the specification of original sample; enhance the film's transmittance rate by changing the surface of resin. On the light box's film, outdoor advertising film and architecture's film the film's transmittance rate is very important and special. In this study, changing the plasma's power (270,240, 210W), time (6, 12, 18, 24, 30 sec) then discuss the changing of transmittance and reflective rate. And control the plasma plant and sample's distance (19, 5.5 cm) to do more analysis. Changing the distance of plasma will has effect of the etching strength and uniformity. Expect to enhance the non-homogeneous effect and use this way to cost down. In the end, observe the non-homogeneous nanostructure's surface by doing the contact angle test. And can it have the Lotus-Effect. And also observe the changing after the plasma process by testing the tensile fracture strength.
