聚酯纖維嵌段聚醚酯表面親水改質之耐久性質研究

A Study of Durability of Polyester Fiber Surface Hydrophilic Modification with Block Copolyester-ether

摘要


聚酯纖維親水化的方法,一般於聚合段藉由親水基團導入、接枝或嵌段等方法改質,由於可能影響紡絲性,因此應用上受到了一些限制。嵌段聚醚酯改質是於聚酯高分子崁入聚醚段而成,憑藉簡便染整處理與聚酯纖維的共晶性,成為聚酯纖維耐久性親水改質的主要方法。本研究主要探討嵌段聚醚酯處理聚酯織物之表面改質的耐久性質及其染浴中處理時對織物染色相及水洗牢度的影響,實驗結果顯示︰聚酯織物經嵌段聚醚酯表面改質後賦予吸水性質,且經過AATCC 61 2A法幾次水洗後仍具有明顯的吸水性;對織物顏色之色差值影響約0.1~04;對水洗牢度影響約0~0.5級。

The methods of polyester hydrophilization generally used importing, grafting, blocking, hydrophilic groups during polymerization process. As above mentioned methods may affect on spinning ability, they are limited while producing. The block copolyester-ether is made of polyester segments and polyoxyethylene segments, depending with the polyester segments of copolyester-ether molten and co-crystallizes with polyester fiber then forming durable fixation. This study is primarily discussing about the performance of the block copolyester-ether modified polyester fabrics. The results show that the modified polyester specimens with visible water absorption and after AATCC 61 2A method washed several times still with the ability. The results also show the block copolyester-ether approximately effect on the color difference 0.1~04 and on the washing colorfastness 0-0.5 class.
