延伸與熱處理對耐隆6押出薄膜結晶順向度之影響

摘要


本研究主要探討耐隆6薄膜於延伸及熱處理條件下的結晶順向程度。將Nylon 6於245℃押出成型薄膜後,以強力試驗機延伸3倍,於80℃下熱處理24 hr,利用二維X光繞射儀分析其結晶順向度。結果顯示,先延伸再熱處理的耐隆6薄膜結晶順向度因子(f)較高,約可達0.90,藉由方位角計算求得其結晶順向度約為88%。

Crystal orientation degree of the Nylon 6 films treated by drawing and heat treatment was investigated in this study. The Nylon 6 films were extruded at 245℃, and then were drawn to three times by a strength testing machine, and were heat treated at 80℃ with 24 hours. Two-dimensional X-ray diffraction was used for studying the crystal orientation degree of Nylon 6 films. The results showed that the orientation factor (f) of Nylon 6 films, which were drawn first and then heat treated, were up to about 0.90. Moreover, crystal orientation degree of the films was approximately 88%, which was calculated by the azimuth angle.
