高分子相變化材料製備及複合耐隆纖維研究

Research and Synthesis of Polymer Phase Change Materials and Compounding Nylon Fiber

摘要


合成高分子相變化材料,一種是梳狀高分子是利用順-丁烯二酸酐和十八碳醇或聚乙二醇或聚丁二醇反應成單體,再進一步以過氧化物當催化劑形成梳狀型高分子;另一種是網狀高分子是利用順-丁烯二酸酐、或琥珀酸酐接和聚乙二醇或聚丁二醇聚合反應而成。並且以其中Net-poly(PTMEG2000-Maleic anhydride)和耐隆粉體混練,雙螺桿混練機製作母粒及以小型紡絲機,溫度控制240∼250℃,成功製成含高分子相變化材料的耐隆纖維,高分子相變材料是一種高分子相變化材料,可以應用在紡織品上,諸如膜材、或紡絲產品。

Synthetic polymer phase change material, one type is comb polymer that was synthesised by maleic anhydride with stearyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol or polytetramethylene ether glycol and then polymerized by peroxide catalyst; the other is net polymer that was synthesised by maleic anhydride or succinic anhydride with polyethylene glycol or polytetramethylene ether glycol. Mixing with Net-poly (PTMEG2000-Maleic anhydride) and nylon powder, chips were produced with a twin Screw Extruder and then the nylon fibers containing polymeric phase change material were produced with spinning machine at 240 ∼ 250℃ . These polymer phase change materials can be applied of textiles, such as membranes, or fibers.
