高強力聚酯纖維蠕變性質之研究

Research of Creep Properties for High-Strength Polyester Fiber

摘要


高強力的聚酯纖維可以取代以往的鋼纜做成海底纜繩,本研究以一種丹尼數之高強力聚酯長纖紗,在不同的溫度及荷重進行蠕變性測試。從蠕變的斷裂時間來看,在高荷重比及高溫的情況下斷裂的時間會比低荷重及低溫度來的快。其中溫度的改變對於斷裂時間的影響程度高於荷重比,由斷裂時間之變異係數的影響程度發現荷重比高於溫度的改變。

High-strength polyester fiber can replace traditional steel cables to make submarine cables. This study was testing the creep of high-strength polyester fibers ofonekind of denier yarns and three temperature and load ratios. Through the rupture time of creep tests, the rupture time of high load ratio and high temperature would beless than low load and low temperature. The change of temperature has a greater influence on the rupture time than the load ratio. It was found that the influence of variation of the rupture time, the load ratio was greater than the temperature change.
