探討體感智慧服飾於不同活動下心率量測之準確性

Exploring the accuracy of smart heart rate clothing under different activities

摘要


本研究目的是探討在不同跑速下,體感智慧服飾與市售心率帶在心率監測上間之相關性,近來開發出的智慧心率服飾,將特殊線材融入衣服內,只需一件衣服就能量測心率,雖此創新的設計可以克服心率量測不便性,但其準確性仍是未知。本研究招募了12位受試者,穿著體感智慧服飾並同時配帶Polar心率帶,於跑步機進行6個走跑速度與3個面向的擺手,每項目收取三分鐘心率,以皮爾遜積差相關(PCC)及方均根誤差(RMSE)來觀察體感智慧服飾與心率帶間的關係。結果顯示,心率衣與心率帶在6個走跑速度下呈現高度相關(r值與p值),而在走跑速度越快兩者的心率相關性越容易產生誤差,在三種擺手的結果中,矢狀面與水平面的心率相關普遍低於跑步的心率相關,而額狀面沒有太大的影響。根據本研究結果顯示,以心率衣當作心跳量測裝置是可行的,但是在高跑速動或大幅擺動手臂的運動下,可能會影響心率的量測,如要較精準的心率數據還是建議使用心率帶。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between smart clothing and heart rate monitoring at different running speeds. Recently developed smart heart rate clothing, the special wire into the clothes, only one piece of clothing on the energy heart rate, although this innovative design can overcome the inconvenience of heart rate measurement, but its accuracy is still unknown .The study recruited 12 subjects, wearing smart clothing and Polar heart rate belt. On the treadmill, 6 running speeds and 3 swing conditions, each project charged a three-minute heart rate. Pearson Correlation coefficient and root mean square error (RMSE) were used to observe the relationship between smart clothing and heart rate belt. The results showed that the smart clothing and the heart rate belt were highly correlated (r and p values) at the six running speeds, and these errors rise as speed increases. The result of the three kinds of waving hands in the middle, the heart rate of the sagittal plane and the horizontal plane is generally lower than that of the running heart rate, while the frontal plane has no significant effect. According to the results of this study, it is feasible to use heart rate clothing as a heartbeat measurement device, but it may affect the measurement of heart rate under the movement of high running speed or large swinging arm.
