不織布帶電性濾效研究

The Study of Nonwoven Charged Filtration Efficiency

摘要


根據空氣過濾的原理的懸浮在液體或氣體中的微粒所作的無規則運動「布朗運動」,粉塵必須靠著布朗運動,使撞擊在濾網上的攔阻機會增加。如果濾網本身帶靜電,利用靜電,穿過濾網的微粒就能有效吸附在濾網上。因此本文主要研究針對採用聚丙烯熱壓(Thermal bond;TB)不織布、聚丙烯紡黏(Spunbond;S)不織布、聚丙烯熔噴(Meltblown;M)不織布及聚酯熱風棉(Air through;AT)不織布測試其電暈加工前後之過濾效果﹔可以得到採用上述三種單一材料,以80kV電暈處理後的聚丙烯熱壓不織布過濾效果可以提升至33.7%,是三種不織布中提升過濾效果最為明顯的。如果以組合不同材料之不織布方式再進行電暈及摩擦使其產生帶電性以吸附空氣中的微小顆粒來分析各種組合與流程之過濾效果,以聚丙烯熱壓不織布/聚丙烯熔噴不織布/聚酯熱風不織布(TB/M/AT)組合基重120g/m^2,經100kV電暈處理後,因為電暈與摩擦帶電相互配合之過濾效果達69.9%、壓損4.9mmH_2O在過濾效果有最佳組合。

Due to the fierce air pollution and thus causes human breathing problems, filter medium can separate the dusts in the air efficiently. In order to make the filter effectively and lower pressure drop, this study uses polypropylene thermal bond nonwoven, spunbond nonwoven, meltblown nonwoven and polyester air through nonwoven to test the filtration efficiency before and after tribo-charge and corona procedure. The research shows that single material nonwoven (polypropylene thermal bond nonwoven) with 80kV corona can increase the filtration efficiency by 33.7%. This percentage is more outstanding than the others. If combining different material's nonwoven with corona procedure and rubbing, the fabrics will become tribo-charged and are able to absorb the tiny particles in the air. To conclude, the combination of polypropylene thermal bond nonwoven, meltblown nonwoven and polyester air through nonwoven with 100kV corona procedure can reach the filtration efficicency to 69.9% and pressure drop to 4.9mmH_2O, as the most considerable choice.
