Development and Research of Innovating Tension Control Using Long-Short-Period Monitoring and Control Technology

摘要


本研究目的開發長、短週期監控技術,適用於各種設備進行張力監控。長週期監控技術透過控制前後羅拉速比對產品產生平均張緊程度功能;短週期監控技術透過控制標準差(一種對產品的作用力)對產品產生不同振盪程度功能。本研究以水洗機乳化膨潤槽為例,透過控制入、出布帶布輪速比,解決乳化膨潤效率差的問題;透過控制標準差(離心噴流機構入水量、轉速),達到提升水洗效率。由實驗結果證明,在確保符合退漿率條件下,得以提升布速26.7%。

This study develops long-short-period monitoringand control technology, which can be applied to various devices for tension control. Thelong-period monitoring and control technologyproduces average tension on the product by controlling thespeed ratio of front and rear rollers. The short-period monitoringand control technology produces different levels of vibration for the product by controlling the standard deviation (a force on the product). Taking emulsification and swelling tank of washing machineas anexample, the long-period monitoring and control technology promotes efficiency of emulsification and swelling by controlling the speed ratio of guiding rollers; the short-period monitoring and control technology enhances the washing efficiencyby controlling the standard deviation. The experimental results indicated that the operation speed could be increased by 26.7% through ensuring the standard of emulsification and swelling.
