含鯨蠟醇陰離子水性PU之合成及織物物性之影響

Synthesis and Aqueous Solution Properties of Cetyl Alcohol- Containing Anionic PU

摘要


本研究以疏水性PEBA2000和PED2000為原料合成一系列陰離子水性PU。利用FT-IR紅外光譜儀確認產物分子結構,合成產物加入含有高碳脂肪醇的鯨蠟醇作為加工劑,並測試其表面張力、接觸角、起泡性、粒徑分布、pH緩衝能力及耐酸鹼能力。結果顯示含5%鯨蠟醇具有最低的表面張力、起泡性及最大的接觸角值。粒徑分析顯示合成產物添加鯨蠟醇導致其粒徑皆分布不均,而在酸鹼性測試中得知產物具有良好的耐鹼性且在酸浴中有良好的緩衝能力。

In this study, a series of anionic water-based PU using hydrophobic PEBA 2000 and PED2000 as raw material were synthesized. The molecular structure of synthetic product confirmed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR). Adding cetyl alcohol as an addition agent in WPU, The properties of aqueous solution including surface tension, contact angle, foaming property, particle size distribution, pH buffering capacity, and acid and alkali resistance were invistigated. The results showed that WPU with 5% cetyl alcohol had the lowest surface tension, foaming height and the largest contact angle values. Particle size analysis indicated the addition of cetyl alcohol with the synthesized product lead the particle size uneven distribution. In the acid-base test, the synthetic product has good pH buffering capacity and alkali resistance in the acid bath.
