電滲透幫浦膜組之研究

摘要


以可穿戴織布為主體架構的電滲透幫浦在醫療、運動、軍事等許多方面有重要應用。本研究以多孔無機氧化矽膜材結合碳布電極製作成電滲透幫浦膜組並進行0.1N鹽水輸送性能的測試。研究發現以最大電壓5V以下的脈衝電流進行測試,得到鹽水電滲透通量介於80~105mg/min.cm^2範圍間,最大電滲透水通量可達到64mg/min.cm^2.V。

Electroosmotic pump constructed mainly from wearable textile cloth has many important applications in areas such as medical, sports, and military, etc. This study investigates the use of electroosmotic pump membrane assembly made from porous inorganic silica membrane sandwiched between carbon cloths as electrodes to transport 0.1N NaCl salt water solution. The results show sample testing using pulsed currents not exceeding a maximum voltage of 5V yielded salt water electroosmotic mass flux in-between the range of 80~105mg/min.cm^2 and the maximum EOF flux can reach as high as 64mg/min.cm^2.V.
