聚丙烯酸酯纖維織物與棉纖維織物舒適性質之研究

The Study of Human Comfortableness by Acrylate Fiber and Cotton Fiber

摘要


本實驗以不同聚丙烯酸脂纖維織物,於靜態、動態進行人體生理機能之測試,測量穿著不同纖維製成的上衣對人體的自律神經交感與副交感之變化,計算出其舒適度,得到靜態下舒適性分析中可發現含有改質壓克力、高濕係數棉、大豆纖維、聚丙烯酸酯織物其舒適性為48.18%,含有改質壓克力、縲縈、聚丙烯酸酯織物舒適性37.82%,動態下含有改質壓克力、縲縈、聚丙烯酸酯織物其舒適性為85.71%,含有改質壓克力、高濕係數棉、大豆先回、聚丙烯酸酯織物舒適性50%,由於在靜態下人體所產生的汗氣較少其發熱效果不大,動態舒適性分析中可發現含有改質壓克力、高濕係數棉、大豆纖維、聚丙烯酸酯織物由於具有較多吸濕纖維之成分,吸收的水氣經蒸發放熱,導致對人體有較不舒適的感覺,根據數據顯示出在微涼的天氣動態下含有改質壓克力、縲縈、聚丙烯酸酯織物舒適性是最佳的。

The study trend will go toward creating different fiber material compound. This experiment test Physiological function effected by different acrylate fibre in static and dynamic situation. We measure the human comfortableness when wearing shirts and study the impact on sympathetic nervous and parasympathetic nervous system. in static mode, the comfortableness show 48.18% with micro acrylic、formotex、soy bean、acrylate and 37.82% with micro acrylic、rayon、acrylate. in dynamic mode, the comfortableness show 85.71% with micro acrylic、rayon、acrylate and 50% with micro acrylic、formotex、soy bean、acrylate. in static mode, sweat did not generated easily and cause less heat energy come out from human body. in dynamic mode, shirts with micro acrylic、formotex、soy bean、acrylate compounds are uncomfortable cause it contain more hydroscopic fiber and lead to more water vapor desorption. shirts will release more heat to human body by water evaporation. so, the best comfortableness are those fabric with micro acrylic、rayon、acrylate in cool weather.
