本實驗以聚丙二醇(PPG)為軟鏈合成一系列水性聚胺酯(Waterborne polyurethane,WPU),合成產物以FTIR光譜確認其結構,並加入功能劑白臘油探討一系列合成產物之水溶液性質探討包括:起泡性、接觸角、表面張力、粒徑分析、pH值緩衝能力。測試結果顯示合成產物添加白臘油皆具有較低的起泡性;合成產物添加白臘油可增加WPU的乳化能力,由表面張力測試可得知產物隨功能劑的添加量增加,使產物表面張力皆有減少,在棉胚布上的接觸角測試中接觸角皆有下降的趨勢,表示合成產物具有較佳的濕潤性,其中添加量3%的白臘油之WPU具有最低的平均粒徑0.22μm,合成產物在酸性環境中具有良好pH值緩衝能力。
In this experiment, a series of waterborne polyurethanes (WPU) were synthesized using polypropylene glycol (PPG) as a soft chain, the synthesized product was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy, the addition of the functional agent paraffin oil to explore the aqueous properties of a series of synthesized products include: foaming ability, contact angle, surface tension, particle size analysis, pH buffering capacity. The test results show that the synthesized product added paraffin oil has lower foaming property; the addition of paraffin oil to the synthetic product can increase the emulsifying ability of WPU. From the surface tension test that the product increases with the addition of the functional agent, and the surface tension of the product is reduced. With the decrease, the contact angle has a tendency to decrease in the contact angle test on the cotton fabric, indicating that the synthetic product has a better wettability, and the WPU with 3% the paraffin oil has the lowest average particle diameter of 0.22μm, the synthesized product has a good pH buffering capacity in an acidic environment.
