使用標準ISO 18640-1評估單層運動休閒服與多層防護服織物冷卻與蓄熱性能之研究

摘要


本研究以國際標準ISO 18640-1流汗發熱軀幹儀器(Torso)進行,試驗共17組單層運動休閒服織物與5組多層防護服織物,同時也使用ISO 11092熱板儀器試驗熱阻值與濕阻值,再以兩試驗之結果進行相關性分析討論,並探討ISO 11092與ISO 18640-1兩者試驗參數對於織物穿著冷卻及蓄熱的影響程度。試驗結果顯示這些織物使用熱板試驗皆具有良好的濕阻值,單層織物熱板Rct試驗只與長時間降溫性能SC值具相關性,其餘結果並不相關,單層及多層織物熱板試驗Ret皆與流汗發熱軀幹試驗結果不具相關性。

This study uses the international standard ISO 18640-1. There were 17 sets of single-layer sportswear fabrics and 5 sets of multi-layer protective clothing fabrics tested, and also ISO 11092 hot plate instrument was used to test the thermal resistance and water-vapor resistance values, and then the correlation analysis with the results of the two tests was discussed. The test results showed that these fabrics have good water-vapor resistance values by using hot plate tests. The hot plate Rct test of the single-layer fabric is only related to the SC value of the long-term cooling performance, and the other results are not relevant. The single-layer and multi-layer fabric hot plate Ret test has no correlation with the Sweating Torso test results.
