In this case, the melt-blown technology composite hollow fiber is used to manufacture non-woven fabrics with different layer types. The heat transfer model is used to describe the interaction between the clothing-human-environment system. Fabric design using melt-blown composite structure non-woven structure, thickness, thermal substitution, discrete rate and other properties to predict human comfortable microclimate state. Using the inner and outer woven fabrics of the general functional jacket as the material, the content to replace the general functional jacket down, and the composite non-woven fabric to form the composite non-woven fabric, and then use appropriate clothing design manufactured into terminal clothing products, using real-person experiments to verify better thermal insulation effect.
