再生苧麻纖維之紡絲製程與研究

The Research and Production of Regenerated Ramie Fiber

摘要


台灣環境適合種植黃麻、苧麻、鳳梨葉與芭蕉幹纖維等天然纖維原料,但近年來因為棉與化學纖維的堀起,目前已較少使用麻纖維,近年來因政府積極投入原住民文化的推動,故苧麻纖維再次受到矚目。由於苧麻的纖維直徑變動率大,約30~45%,品質相對較不穩定,本研究嘗試以離子液體作為苧麻纖維的溶劑,經由溶解、過濾、紡絲,以獲得再生的苧麻纖維,經由乾噴溼式紡絲製程,降低溫度對於纖維的破壞,本研究所得之再生苧麻纖維的纖維直徑變動率能控制在3~5%,故可得到品質相對穩定的再生苧麻纖維,希望本研究能為台灣的苧麻纖維找尋另一條不一樣的出路。

There are plenty of hemp, ramie, pineapple leaf, and banana stem fiber in Taiwan because of its variable weather. But we use more cotton and chemical fiber in modern time, so the consumption of ramie is less than usual. Recently the government of Taiwan promote the culture of indigenous people. Therefore the use of ramie is rised again. Because the wide coefficient of variation for ramie (about 30~45%), the quality of ramie fiber is relatively unstable. So we try to use ionic liquid to dissolve the ramie fiber and make regenerated ramie fiber. The wide coefficient of variation for regenerated ramie fiber is down to 3~5%. By dry-wet spinning method, we could make the stable-quality fiber in the future.
