摘要


本研究以筒紗染紗機進行短纖維聚酯紗的疏水機能性加工,筒紗混合疏水助劑加溫循環20分鐘後,降溫脫水乾燥可製得具疏水性的短纖維聚酯紗。疏水加工對紗線造成的色差小於2,紗線可耐水洗20次;本製程簡便且不需特殊設備,具有批次量生產疏水性紗線的潛力。

In this study, the hydrophobic spun polyester yarn was carried out by the yarn dyeing machine. Mixing hydrophobic agents with the packaged yarn and heated circulating for 20 minutes, the hydrophobic spun polyester yarn could be obtained after cooling and drying. The color difference of yarn generated by hydrophobic treatment is less than 2, and 20 times washing durability could be reached. The process is simple and no special equipment is required, so mass production of hydrophobic yarns in possible.
