摘要


以不同分子量的聚丙二醇(Polypropylene glycol,PPG)合成水響應形狀記憶高分子,將其乳化效果最佳的PPG400配方,配製成感濕收縮墨水,並噴印圖騰於PET織物,感濕後能產生3D立體變化,進而有效降低衣物與皮膚黏膩性,同時提升單向導濕及綜合吸濕性能,將可應用於機能型運動服飾產品。

Water-responsive shape memory polymer is synthesized with different molecular weight polypropylene glycol (PPG). The best emulsification formula is PPG400, which is formulated into moisture-sensed shrinking ink, and it's printing pattern on PET fabric. After wetting, the fabric produce 3D three-dimensional changes. Furthermore, it can reduce the sticky, and improve one-way moisture transfer and water absorption properties. It's applied to functional sportswear products.
