摘要

本論文強調過去決策問題的實證研究比較重視理性分析，忽略了直觀的途徑。因此，本文除將個人的決策、團體的決策、組織的決策各分析單位的特徵詳細說明外，並討論決策規劃與決策方法。最後，作者提出決策者的思惟傾向，亦即前瞻性思考的管理問題，強調多元思考的價值。

This paper emphasis that the positivist study of decision making in the part tend to prefer rational analysis to intuitive approach. Therefore, in addition to explanation of the characteristics of the units of analysis in detail puch as individual decision making, group decision making organizational decision making, this paper also discuss the decision rules and alternative methods of making decision. At last, the author present some points of the decision maker's mindsets, i.e. the problem of the proactive thinking, and the important value of multiplistic thinking.
