Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a technique for comparing efficiencies of productive units based on their respective input and output data. This study has applied DEA to assess the relative efficiency measurement of seven tax-collection units in the Taiwan area. A set of four input variables and three output variables has been measured for all units to differentiate between the successful and unsuccessful units.
