Ever since Public Administration has been initiated and founded in Thailand by scholars from United States of America in 1899, it was intended to create new cadre of civil servants for the Thai bureaucracy during the 19th century. A number of scholarships were given to Thai scholars to study Public Administration in the U.S. in order to support the early development of the field and to become professors later after their graduations. Over 100 years of staggering development of the field, Public Administration has been flourished. More than 160 undergraduate curriculums plus over 40 graduate studies have been offered allover the nation nowadays. It is considered ”highnoon of Pubic Administration” in Thailand. This paper aims at exploring the state of teaching Public Administration in Thailand. First, a brief development of Public Administration as a field of study in Thailand is discussed. Then, the author explores the teaching curriculums of graduate study at Master level offered in Thailand. A number of curriculums from state and private universities have been particularly investigated. Opinions derived from in-depth interviews with various stakeholders, such as program directors/administrators, students, teachers/professors, executives in the market, etc. were presented. Recommendations for further actions are also discussed at the end.
