In today's knowledge era, This proiect develops new and improved multi-media technology coupled with content protection and encryption can offer a simple, interactive, attractive and user-friendly digital E-Learning cyberspace with special aid for blind & hearing impaired. In order to improve Taiwan's global competition, expanding new IT market, making progress of countrywide E-Learning and also upgrading the quality of public information knowledge we have the following research focal point: E-Learning Networked Multimedia and Interface Technologies Project & E-Learning Content Processing Technologies Project.
