摘要

隨著學習內容數位化及網際網路遠距學習的發展趨勢，數位教材內容的使用與散播變得難以掌控，教材內容作者的著作財産權將很容易遭到侵害。本文探討如何在數位內容學習産業中加入版權管理機制，以明確的定義著作的權利歸屬與授權範圍，提供使用數位教材的廣商或學習者參攷之依據。

Computer-aided learning program provides an opportunity for learning outside the classroom. However, it also increases the difficulty to prevent from piratical actions of content abuse or unauthorized dissemination. This article discusses the application of Digital Rights Management (DRM) Technology in the Distance-Learning lndustry, to guarantee the digital rights in the distance learning through establishing a vertical operation of the industry.
