摘要

Ubiquitous Network意即「無所不在的網路」。它結合了網路環境、資訊設備、裝置平台、資訊內容，透過這樣的網路環境架構，讓任何人可以在任何時間、任何地點，利用任何裝置連接上網，有了這樣資訊自由流通與分享的網路環境之後，不僅能使人們在生活上更加便利、提高工作效率，更能實現一個資訊無所不在的網路社會。

Ubiquitous Network means ”the Network everywhere.” A ubiquitous network strategy is to build an integrated combination of networks, information equipment, platforms, contents and solutions. Through this network construction, everyone can access to Internet anytime, anywhere and with any type of equipment. Under this kind of network where information can be flowing freely and shared, it not only enables people to have a more convenient life, to elevate the efficiency at work, but also realizes a network community where information 15 everywhere.
