摘要

發展與建立開放式的通訊架構及環境，並能符合電信等級需求，已是網路電信業界的主流趨勢。目前，針對了網路通訊與電信領域的特性以及電信等級性能，特別予以考量的高可用度(High Availability; HA)標準也已被制定。本文將介紹新世代的電信等級高可用度標準，說明高可用度中介軟體(Middleware)的各個介面的標準規範，並描述這些標準的發展與應用狀況。

The development and building of carrier-grade open communication architecture and environment is the new trend in industry. The standard for high availability (HA) is being defined and promoted. The high availability and carrier-grade features of datacom and telecom are specially considered in that standard. This article introduces the new generation standard of carrier-grade high availability, and presents each interface specifications of the HA middleware. In addition, it describes the development and application status of the standard.
