摘要

資訊科技的進步促使現實生活中的事務與處理程序朝向數位化，人們開始利用電腦、數位媒體以及行動裝置紀錄了的生活的點滴與創意，而網際網路的便利更讓人們不受時間與空間的侷限得以分享所擁有的數位資源。這樣的趨勢誘發了人們對於保護自身所創作或擁有之數位內容的想法，數位版權管理概念由此而生。為了使數位內容服務得以有效地被使用，產業界投注相當多的心力在制訂標準與互通的數位版權技術規格，也發展出為數不少的產業技術規範，其中之一為OMA之數位版權管理2.0版規範。本文章以此規範作為基準，概述其中主要的技術與概念，並且介紹一個符合此規範的系統實作。此系統建立了應用OMA版權管理技術2.0版在數位內容流通上所需的主要功能。

The progress of information technology digitalizes real world activities via various means, devices like personal computer, digital media recorder and player, mobile device, etc., help to preserve and share life moments and creativities. Further, Internet dramatically facilitates the way of sharing by taking the advantage of cyber world that has no time and space boundaries.
This trend of making and sharing digital content introduces the idea of security and content protection, which motivates us to study possible ways of achieving such goals. In this article we studied a recently very popular standard of digital rights management-OMA DRM 2.0. In addition, we proposed a prototype that partially implemented the standard procedures and specifications defined in it.
