An Algorithm for Voice Barge-In Detection in a Computer Telephony Integration System

摘要


本文針對應用於電腦電話語音系統中的插話偵測技術提出-實驗環境模擬及應用各種參數於語音偵測演算法中的實驗,藉由在各種不同噪音環境下的模擬,我們發現,藉由回音消除技術可有效地降低插話偵測的錯誤率,同時以結合音高週期,低通能量,及去雜訊SNR等為參數的方法,可提高插話偵測的準確度,在10db的babble及car的雜訊環境下,與單獨使用音高週期參數比較,準確度分別為從84.21%提昇至88.9%及91.42%提昇至94.62%。

In this paper, we proposed an algorithm for voice barge-in detection in a computer telephony integration (CTI) system. A method for evaluating the performance of the proposed algorithm is also designed to simulate the noisy channel in a real world application. In the experiment, we found the echo canceller can greatly reduce the error rate of the VAD algorithm. Besides, by combining the pitch feature, low-pass energy, and noise-reduction SNR feature can improve the boundary detection rate of simulated voiced segments. The accuracy was increased from 84.21% to 88.9% and from 91.42% to 94.62% under 10db babble and car noise environments respectively.
