摘要

IP網路是全方位服務網路的發展趨勢，然而仍有許多通訊安全、服務品質、服務提供等問題亟待解決。FY96為「全IP寬頻網路系統與服務技術發展計畫」四年計畫的第二年，經過了第一年的執行後，將計畫調整成以系統與服務技術為主軸，規劃以下四個分項，分別是網路視訊服務技術(Network Video Service Technologies)、IP電信系統與服務技術(IP Telecom System & Service Technologies)、服務導向架構平台技術(SOA Service Framework Technologies)，以及電信等級開放架構平台技術(CGOE Infrastructure Technologies)。
