摘要

人類對海洋開發的探索日益擴大，水下資訊的需求也逐漸不能滿足於傳統即時聲音傳輸或者是水下錄影。有線傳輸系統侷限於纜線的限制，對週遭生態，漁民作業，水下活動造成干擾、困擾，甚至是傷害。本文將在現行無線傳輸技術中，尋找提供水下資訊的一個可行方案。

Human explores the ocean more and more widely. The applications and requirements of the underwater communication grows rapidly; however, the techniques, such as real-time video transmission, cannot provide suitable services for high data rate transmission. The commonly used under-water cable communication results in bad influence and damage to natural environment, fishing, and underwater activities. This paper provides an electromagnetic transmission solution for underwater communication.
