ZigBee通訊堆疊與應用類別之相容性測試與認證

Compliant Testing and Certification for ZigBee Protocol Stacks and Application Profiles

摘要


本文首先介紹ZigBee無線感測網路的特性與發展,接著說明ZigBee規格中的協定堆疊與應用類別標準之現況。其中的協定堆疊含有ZigBee-2004、ZigBee-2006、ZigBee-2007、與ZigBee-PRO等,而應用類別則包括家庭自動化、電信應用、與智慧能源(原先進電錶方案)等八個類別。之後,我們介紹ZigBee測試方案的內容,包括其平台相容性、產品認證、與互通性測試等,以及工研院資通所已經通過ZigBee-2006測試,而取得ZCP-2006的ZigBee平台:ITRI ZBnode。

This paper first introduces the features and evolution of ZigBee-based wireless sensor networks, and then the ZigBee standards for the protocol stacks and application profiles. The ZigBee specifications have the following versions: ZigBee-2004, ZigBee-2006, ZigBee-2007, and ZigBee-PRO, while the ZigBee profile includes eight items in total, such as the home automation, telecom applications, smart energy (previous advanced metering initiative), and so on. After that, we illustrate ZigBee test programs, including the platform compliance, product certification, and interoperability test. Finally, we show the ITRI-developed platform, ITRI ZBnode, which has passed the ZigBee-2006 test and obtained the ZCP-2006 certificate.
