With the growth of IPTV technology, the triple-play services have developed rapidly and created rich market opportunities. To protect the rights of the valued contents and ensure the access control, the digital right management (DRM) is needed urgently. Sound protection measures for contents will accelerate the business and IPTV services development. In this thesis, we introduce the DRM mechanism for IPTV on its current status.
