以OGC SWE標準延伸土石流觀測系統之應用

Development of Debris Flow Monitoring and Notifying System Based on the OGC Sensor Web Enablement

摘要


台灣在颱風及梅雨季節所帶來的豪雨時常在山區造成土石流,進而破壞道路、橋樑及建築物,衝擊民眾的生命財產。為了能夠提早預警土石流的發生,除了在土石流發生的源頭進行各種感測裝置的佈建外,如何利用一致化的方式將偵測結果送出,讓各種不同的系統都能獲得感測資訊則是本論文所要探討的議題。本論文說明如何利用OGC組織所訂定的SWE標準,將感測資訊以標準格式描述,再配合支援標準通訊協定的四大服務,達到土石流的觀測與警示功能。

Debris flow always follows after the torrential rainfall in the seasons of typhoons or plum rains in Taiwan. Usually, it make a serious damage on road, building, life and property. In the past we have successfully constructed the sensors network system in the debris flow area. Nowadays, we also concern the information delivery with standard format and protocol in order to provide exchangeable data between different systems. In this paper, we will introduce the main four services of the OGC SWE standard and describe the detail procedure to exchange sensor data and event notification by the services of OGC SWE.
