摘要

視訊監控系統已由傳統類比系統朝向數位化、網路化方向演進，近年來更著重於智慧化與開放式系統努力，而智慧分析技術也逐漸從後端管理系統往前端裝置發展，因此智慧化網路攝影機有機會成為下一個視訊監控市場成長的新動能。本文將透過智慧化網路攝影機產業資料收集，以說明智慧網路攝影機推動方向，並基於國內SoC平台，發展出優質平價智慧化網路攝影機參考設計，包括硬體平台規格、視訊分析軟體功能規格，並參考ONVIF標準進行系統設計，最後透過建置實際應用案例驗證智慧化網路攝影機之可行性。

Video surveillance system develops gradually from the traditional analog system to digital technology and network system. In recent years, the evolution direction tends to be opener and more intelligent. And then, the technology of intelligent analysis evolves from central management system to front-end equipment. Therefore, intelligent network camera has become a rising star. In this paper, we will explain the promotional direction of high quality affordable intelligent network camera system through the data collections of the current situation of intelligent network cameras. And then, we develop design reference of high quality affordable intelligent network camera system on SoC-based platform including the specifications of the hardware platform, video analysis software functional specifications, and perform system design based on ONVIF standard. Finally, we build the application through the practical case to verify the feasibility of intelligent network cameras.
