Important Issues Retrieving Techniques Based on Influence Conduction Analysis in Internet Communities

摘要

處於WEB 2.0的時代，人們已經習慣於網路社群平台發表想法與意見，而人們若是想要了解當下有哪些重要的議題正在發生時，網路社群的資訊是一個很好的來源。此篇論文致力於研究如何發展自動化的方式判別議題重要性，即視作如何去分辨議題重要程度的高低，網路社群資源是我　們技術不可或缺的應用來源。論文中，我們提出了一個網路社群影響力傳導分析之系統方法，此系統架構利用了兩階段的檢索與排序模組，計算議題的類別重要程度、突發性的影響力以及網路　社群的整體關注力等分數，最後利用網路社群資訊取得的量化評分來排序重要的議題。

In WEB 2.0, people become used to express their thoughts and opinions on the internet communities. When people want to know what the issues happened recently, the internet communities are already an indispensable source. People may search important issues from internet communities. In this paper, we propose a retrieving important issues system by utilizing the information from internet communities. The system was modeled as two steps, the first step is issue retrieving and the second step is important issue ranking. In the models, the system quantifies the issue’s category importance, bursty nature and community attention of issues as the scores to retrieve the important issues.
