多模多頻4G LTE實驗網布建與測試技術之探討

摘要

發展多模多頻之4G LTE實驗網整合平台環境，提供設備測試案例之發展平台，並藉由與國際運營商及設備商合作，以強化測試能量與組網技術。實驗網整合測試平台，將促成國內輕局端與終端設備廠商之實驗室內部、外場、應用服務與多系統驗證環境，並完備寬頻產業發展環境，有利發展下世代多模多頻之實驗網運營整合平台。為提升測試能量，以同步國際通訊產業發展，實驗網將藉由與國際運營商合作，共同討論實驗場域架構與相關技術，包含外場實際環境的多模多頻環境的整合測試平台建構，以及各種符合國際標準與運營商規範之關鍵指標測試案例開發。實驗網整合平台將完備符合商業等級之核心網路（EPC），以及運營商實際採用規格之基地台設備，進行大規模的室內、戶外測試環境設置，以趨近實際無線傳輸環境、及商用核心網／基地台設備的場域， 開發各樣應用服務並進行功能驗證， 如小細胞基地（Small Cell）台室內覆蓋、Self-Organization Network（SON）技術、物聯網（Internet of Things；IoT）、感測網、智慧生活應用等技術，使國內產業發展不侷限於銷售終端產品，亦可輸出完整的端到端（End to End；E2E）解決方案，有效促進國內產／學／研各界之升產業價值與知識服務。

To develop 4^th Generation (4G) experimental network integration platform of multi-mode and multi-band environment for equipment test cases platform, and co-work with worldwide operators and equipment manufacturers to strengthen network validation testing capacity and construction technologies to provide indoor and outdoor network for equipment manufacturers of Femtocell and device products, application service and multi -service integration test environment through network integration platform. Cooperation with worldwide operators to come out experimental network infrastructure for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) development and its related technologies, which integration networks are, installed of multi-band, multi-mode environment and the test case development of each key I ndicator that compliance with international standards and operators' specifications. The commercial Evolved Packet Core Networks (EPC) and Evolved Node B (eNB) used by operators will be applied in indoor and outdoor network. Additionally, to enforce knowledge-based service industry, strengthen cooperation among the industrial, academic and research centers to develop application services, such as indoor coverage technologies of Small Cell base station, Self-Organization Network (SON) technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Sensor Networks, Smart Life Application, etc., will provide a test bed for application services with most likely commercial level, so as to help domestic enterprises develop capacity to provide thorough End to End (E2E) solutions, adding more values to the industry instead of only selling end products.
