本文對小角度X光散射的基本原理及其在高分子材料結構解析之應用作一概論性介紹。首先講解小角度散射的特性曲線與材料結構問的關係,再討論幾個應用在高分子奈米結構分析上的實例,包括嵌段共聚合物、DNA錯合物與半結晶性高分子。
This article provides an introduction on the basic principles of small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and its application in the studies of the structures of polymers. We first discuss how the scattering intensity profiles are related to different types of structures. Several examples are then presented to demonstrate the use of SAXS in polymer structure characterization. These examples include self-assembled block copolymers, DNA-cationic lipid complexes and semicrystalline polymers.
