聚光型太陽光發電之技術與電廠應用

The Technologies and Power Plant Application of Concentration Photovoltaics

摘要


聚光型太陽光發電技術是人類尋求新能源和可再生能源發展重要的選項之一,在促進產業技術升級、改善能源結構、保障能源安全、保護環境方面預期會扮演主要的角色。本文就聚光型太陽光電技術的優勢、聚光型太陽電池模組開發、太陽追蹤系統、ISFOC 300kW建廠計畫與內蒙古厄爾多斯HCPV-G1 12 kW野外試驗系統等五大項目,由技術之開發與野外試驗場之測試以至於遠在西班牙中部之實際建廠經驗,做一全面性之詳細報告,以饗讀者,也為HCPV之產業化過程的重要里程碑做個紀錄。

The high concentration photovoltaics is one of the important technology options for the development of new and renewable energy resource in the support of the civilization of our mankind. It may play an important role in the upgrade of the industrial technology development, improving domestic energy structure, ensure energy safety, and environmental protection. This article describes the advantage of the HCPV against the Si PV technology, the development of HCPV modules, the development of solar trackers, the ISFOC 300 kW HCPV power Plant and the field testing site of the 12 kW HCPV system at Ordos, Inner Mongolia. It reports the technology and application from the modules design, testing and manufacturing and the field testing of the HCPV system down to the actual 300 kW power plant development. We anticipate to record an important milestone of the industrialization of HCPV technology in Taiwan during its developing process.
