消化道內視鏡診療之最新進展與應用
Advance of Digestive Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment
摘要
消化道內視鏡的應用不僅於診斷一般消化道疾病，更發展於治療內視鏡術。治療消化道內視鏡術是一種較為微創治療消化道疾病的方法。微創治療可以減少醫療費用及住院天數。最近許多新穎的診斷內視鏡術發展成為可能早期診斷消化道癌症，因此可以預期達到較好的癒後。

The application of digestive endoscopy is not only for diagnosis but for therapy. Therapeutic digestive endoscopy is a minimal invasive treatment for gastrointestinal diseases. Minimal invasive treatment has advantage of less medical cost and admission period. Recently, many new advanced diagnostic digestive endoscopy techniques have been developed. These new diagnostic tools create a new field of early detection of gastrointestinal malignancy. Therefore, a better outcome of gastrointestinal diseases is expected.
