影像式光學透鏡模組偏心檢測系統

A Decentering Inspection System on Optical Lens by Image Processing

摘要


近年來,由於行動電話終端市場需求提高,以及智慧型手機出貨量的成長,全球手機相機模組需求與日俱增。在光學系統的輕量化、小型化與高精度化後,光學元件加工與組裝的誤差對光學系統的影響甚鉅,特別是應用於手機相機模組上的成像透鏡,此類軸對稱光學元件在製作或系統組裝時,光軸與旋轉對稱軸若不重合,將產生偏心誤差。以往在檢測時無論是利用傳統光學穿透式或反射式的量測方法,都因受限於鏡片本身幾何形狀及大,無法有效提升檢測速度。有鑑於此,本研究開發一新型成像光學透鏡之偏心誤差檢測系統,利用更加快速及精確、同時具有更低成本的檢測方式,實現可批次化大量檢測鏡片偏心誤差之可行性。

In recent years, according to the growing demand for mobile phone terminal market and smart phone shipments, the global demand of mobile phone camera modules are increased. Based on the lightweight, compact and high precision of the optical system, the errors of the processing and assembly for the optical components have great Influences on the optical system, especially for the imaging lens of mobile phone camera module. For such axial symmetry of optical components in the production or systems assembly, if the principal axis has coincidence error with the rotation axis of symmetry, the decentration error will be occurred. In the past, the traditional inspection by using the transmission or reflection measurements is limited to the geometry and size of the lens, so that the inspection is incapable of being effectively speeded up. Accordingly, this study developed a new imaging lens of optical lens decentering inspection system by the fast, accurate and low-cost detection, to achieve a large number of batch inspections for the decentration error.
