摘要


半導體高分子奈米顆粒由於具備高螢光亮度、良好光穩定性、表面容易修飾官能基以及不具生物毒性等優點,近年來已經成為廣泛受到注目的新型高亮度螢光探針。本篇專題報導將統整介紹半導體高分子奈米顆粒的結構、合成方式、製備方法和光學性質,並詳細討論筆者實驗室近期在這方面的研究,分別探討其在離子感測器與近紅外光生物影像的研究與開發。

Semiconducting polymer dots (Pdots) have recently attracted considerable attention because of their extraordinary fluorescence brightness, good stability, facile surface functionalization, and low cytotoxicity. In this article, we will discuss the chemical structures, synthesis, preparation, and photophysical properties of Pdots. Additionally, we will investigate the development of NIR-emitting Pdots for bioimaging and their applications for the detection of ions based on the recent works in our lab.
