一個簡單裝置人工血管的創新方法
A Simple Method to Accurately Position Port-A-Cath
摘要
本文主要介紹一項全新、簡單操作的人工血管裝置新技術給大家。共有八十六位婦科癌症病人接受人工血管的裝置。所有這86位病患皆100%成功地將導管近端放入到上腔靜脈。平均每位病患所須手術的時間爲34±8分鐘，其中有一位(1.2%)在手術後14天內發生感染現象，但沒有病患發生心律不整、血腫或是嚴重的氣胸案例。而這86位放置創新人工血管方法的病患，在定期3-8週使用抗凝劑沖洗下，有76位(88%)使用超過半年以上。由本研究中發現，我們使用此種方法可以在沒有任何影像儀器輔助下來正確裝置人工血管，並得到好的位置及功能。

A brand new Port-A-Cath (PAC) insertion method without the aid of intra-operative fluoroscopy or other localizing devices was introduced. A total of 86 women with various kinds of gynecological cancers warranting PAC insertion were evaluated. Appropriate positioning in the superior vena cava was 100%. The mean operation time was 34±8 minutes. There was one patient (1.2%) complicated with postoperative infection. There was no other morbidity, such as arrhythmia, hematoma or pneumothorax. A total of 76 patients (88%) were satisfied with more than 6-month of PAC patency and well-function of the PAC. In conclusion, the brand new method for inserting the PAC offered the following benefits: including avoiding X-ray exposure for both the operator and the patient, and defining the appropriate position in the superior vena cava.
